This house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, it is a very nice house. The property also has a couple barns.

In real estate there are two very old expressions:
1] You [the Buyer] names the price.
They [the Seller] names the terms.
You [the Buyer] names the terms.
They [the Seller] names the price.
Somewhere in the middle there might be an agreement on price and terms.
2] A property - any property - is ONLY worth what the Buyer is willing to pay for it AND what the Seller is willing to sell it for - not one dollar more or less!
AND, when financing is involved, what the lender will appraise the property for and lend money for the mortgage.
THE ONLY way you're going to find out what the Seller's bottom line is, is to make a written offer on the property.
By the way: DON’T EVEN TRY naming the price AND the terms. It’s a toytal waste of time and very frustrating and aggravating.

Worked there when I was a teenager and still order the chicken when I go there now.
The season it with Seasoned Salt, fry it on the grill (your skillet will work), in a tiny bit of oil, but they weigh it down (use a bacon press).

lol. my farm is a virtual farm on facebook you can set up. you grow crops and have animals. its fun!!

Chicken houses.. eglu?
I am looking for a good chicken run/house, i was looking at the omlet eglu ones but they are so expensive, does anyone no where to get them cheap, preferably brand new as its a present?
Or any other chicken houses you recommend 
We are buying it for my dad, who grew up with chickens and for years wanted some !

We just brought one. The eglu ones aren't great for the actual chickens anyway so ignore them! Get a typical wooden one (bit worse for cleaning but better in general) and make sure the outside area is as large as you can make it.
Just google for it. Always has the answers.
Make sure you have fully researched and spoken to other people (smallholders would be great for advice) about the care and upkeep of chicken's so you can make a responsible decision first.
