Do you think i'll be fit by summer if I keep doing what i'm doing?
I'm 15 5'2 118 pounds
I'm slim but I'm not where i want to be
I want to have a nice toned stomach by July 1st (I started doing this about 2 weeks ago)
Do you think I can get it if i keep doing what i'm doing which is:
I started taking a fitness kickboxing class 4-5 times a week for an hour each day, after I work out I drink a muscle milk. I also do 50 crunches on my own every morning and night
I've also been eating really healthy, my meals are usually:
Breakfast- Weekdays: Greek yogurt with a banana. Weekends: An egg with some toast and 1-2 pieces of irish sausage.
Snack- Weekdays: little bag of almonds. Weekends: low fat yogurt
Lunch- Weekdays: Fruit salad or celery and carrots with some all natural no salt added peanut butter and some grapes. Weekends: Soup and salad or 1 slice of vegetable pizza.
Snack- Lowfat yogurt
Dinner- Weekdays: Fish or chicken with a vegetable, or whole wheat pasta with vegetables and chicken. Weekends: Chicken fajita with grilled chicken peppers and onions, or a chicken burger with a whole wheat bun and some cheese.
I only drink water
& I always have 2 glasses of milk with my dinner, except when I go out I get water.
What else can i do ? What should I change?
The most unhealthy things i've eaten in the past 2 weeks are:
Golden Grahams treats bar
2 pieces of general chaos chicken and some rice
pasta with creamy pesto
cheese and crackers
if u want an idea of what my body is like I'm a 32-34 c/d depending on where i buy the bra
small in shirts
0-1 in jeans
small in sweatpants
my measurements are approximately 33 26 33
i want to get them down to 33 23 33
and do u think i should start jogging early in the mornings when i wake up? like 5:30 - 6
my stomach is starting to get harder, but it still isn't as flat as i want it, is the fact that it's getting harder good or bad

Your diet looks pretty solid. Try to avoid the pasta (even whole grain) for dinner. Carbs are meant to provide your body with instant energy. If you don't workout before bed those carbs end up getting stored as fat, since you already have a decent amount of glycogen stored in your muscle tissue (sorry, complicated bio stuff there). Also, try taking a spoonful of honey immediately after you work out. This creates an insulin spike and signals your body to release growth hormone (burns fat) and tells it to store the protein you are about to take. Maybe buy a faster acting whey isolate for after you work out. The Muscle Milk is better to take right before bed. Good work on the Greek yogurt and almonds! Maybe add some walnuts too, good source of omega-3's and will provide an energy source for workouts that last longer than an hour. Good luck!

I think by that date you will be nicely toned
it took me 6 months to lose 14 kg and get toned up, and I'm 6'3 and use to weigh 96Kg now I weigh 82 and I have a good athletic build

how does my diet & exercise plan sound?
I do 1 hour of cardio kickboxing 4-7 times a week
before bed I do 75 crunches and 100 bicycle crunches
Every day after school I walk to the train station (about a mile) and when I get off the train I walk home (about a mile)
I'm considering getting up at 5:30 to jog in the morning.. but is that necessary? do you think i should?
I'm 5'4 about 115-116 lbs

I want to get down to 100-105 lbs by summer
do you think i can do it if i eat moderately healthy such as
Breakfast- Greek yogurt and a banana or oatmeal made with skim milk honey and blueberries. Weekends 2 eggs 3 pieces of irish sausage some hash browns and 2 pieces of toast
Snack- some almonds or some fruit
Lunch- Fruit salad with pita chips and hummus, celery and carrots with natural peanut butter with a granola bad, a low carb whole wheat tortilla with honey turkey and lettuce with some fruit, soup and some fruit, a salad and a granola bar...
snack- fat free yogurt or some fruit?
Dinner- Vegetable pasta with turkey meatballs with a vegetable, grilled chicken with a vegetable, a chicken burger with fat free cheese on a honey wheat deli flat with a vegetable. weekends- fish with broccoli and a potato croquette from an italian restaurant, oriental chicken salad from applebee's
and of course some sweets occasionally (maybe 2-3 times a month)
my goal is july first, im going on my fourth week now, but i don't know if i lost any weight or gained any cuz my scale is broken. do you think i can reach my goal ?

First off I commend you in your efforts. Most folks can't do what you do! Just reading your stuff, you look like you just need to be slightly adjusted. Where is the weight training? Are you against maintaining or gain curves? Other wise you will be straight up flat! Cut cardio to 4 to 5 days a week once a day for 45 mins. Forget the scale! How you look and feel is what's important! Bodybuilding.com is a great website that offers useful information, from sound workout programs to sound meal plans. Also you have a great support group that could offer further help on that same website. Their are folks like you going for the same goal and succeeded from that same website. Get a Multi-Vitamin and Fish Oil that have a USP stamp like Nature's Made. Get yourself a nutrition log book to write down for the next 90 days or a free website that you can log your progress. Have 5 to 6 - 1cup size tupperware. Fill half with proteins and half with 1/4 cup complex carbs and 1/4 cup veggies. Eat every 2 to 3 hours. Drink 120 oz water a day at minimum. Need something sweet and creamy. Fill half with low fat greek yogurt and 1/4 cup blue berries and 1/4 cup trail mix. DO NOT EAT ANYTHING THAT HAVE WHITE RICE, WHITE SUGAR, WHITE FLOUR, etc!!! Do not miss anything from the food groups. Do this for the next 10 days and you will see results. It is healthy, it is portion sized, and it is balanced. If you get hungry eat veggies like celery, cherry tomatoes, etc. Refrain from eating fast food/ restaurants until you get a better understanding of it and what it means to make a better bad choice. If you have to cheat it is suggested one cheat meal once a week. I am taking you back to the basic here. Sit down and chew your food. Don't inhale it! Chew 15 to 20 times. Also buy yourself a baby spoon and fork as well. Your hunger will increase which is a natural sign that your metabolism is increasing. Look up Nutrition Data.com to get further info. So that should help you to start off in the right direction. Also their is no fat burner on the market that works! Remember,"Eat Right and Train Smart". It's no longer eat less and workout more. Most of all commit to "YOUR" new program once you put it together. If this does not work then you need to see a doc and get tested if their is something wrong with you. Also do not take a diet advice of a doctor that in truth they have read 2 to 3 nutrition books in med school and that is it! Dietitian obviously read more and have more experience then them! If your doc feel other wise just ask them this,"Can you perform brain surgery doc"? Of course they would say no. Get my point? Good luck...

But i would think if all u wanted was ur stomach toned than doing excercises like pushups situps and anything involving your stomache muscles would be all that was neccisary to tone your stomach but if u stick to this id say yes u would acheive good results and be healthy

Yes, you will definitely be fit by summer if you keep on doing this! You are eating in a very healthy way, and it's okay to have a few unhealthy things once in a while, like to golden grahams bar and cheese and crackers. In my opinion, pasta with pesto is healthy, and so is rice, so I wouldn't consider that to be an unhealthy thing.
You might want to change up your meals a bit, instead of having the same thing planned out every week. It will keep you interested and you won't get tired of the same foods. Just make sure when you find new recipes to check if the meals contain foods from at least 3 different food groups. It's great that you are eating a lot of dairy, because when most people form a new diet, they make the mistake of leaving dairy out, which can leave you without the calcium needed. You can look up healthy good recipes on line.

Doing kickboxing 4-5 days a week is wonderful! It will definitely get you more toned and in shape! Also, by doing 50 sit ups every morning and night will get your abs flat and toned. As you get more used to these sit ups, add 5 more every day, or couple of days, to see some improvement. Also, you can do ab workouts such as bicycles or leg raises or plank. Plank is very good because it works your entire core; you can start by doing it for 30 seconds, and then work your way higher. The fact that your stomach is getting harder is very good; it means that you're getting stronger, and might even start to see a little bit of six pack coming on
Although I think you are doing enough exercise already, if you want to jog every morning, that's great! The more exercise, the better, just make sure you adjust and raise your amount of calorie intake so you don't starve yourself. Jogging is great because it tones your legs and arms, while helping with cardio. Jogging for 15-20 minutes is just fine to start. As you get more fit, this will become easier, and you will be able to jog for longer. Starting the morning with a jog is a great idea! Supposedly, the mornings are when you burn the most calories.
I think that by doing your plan- as long as you stick with it- you will be in great shape by the summer, even though you seem pretty fit right now, based on your clothing sizes and measurements.

Hii, im 5'2 or 5'3 im about 95 pounds.. Still my stomach is not what i want it to look like!!! I started doing ab workouts about 2 months ago and there is visible change! You have about 3 months..:)Hmmm... Pretty good diet plan, but the Burger, pizza and fajita isnt healthy! Try ab workouts in the mornings because i heard you burn more calories in the morning:) good luck
